After purchase you should be able to download your Confirmation of Coverage and Policy info immediately. You’ll also receive an email from Travel Insured with your policy documents. We will also send you an email with additional travel information.
Refunds / Policy Changes: You may cancel this policy for a full refund (assuming NO claims have been filed under this Policy) or make policy changes by giving Travel Insured or myself written (mail / email) notice within the first to occur:
14 days from the purchase date; or
Your Scheduled Departure Date

Coverage Area: select “Worldwide excluding US” (“Worldwide including US”). Enter start and end travel dates. 364 days are the max. If more is needed then coverage can be purchased again later for the extra days. Enter birthdate. Click “Get Quote Now”.
Select the desired Maximum and Deductible. $1,000,000 maximum & $0 deductible is the default. Click the orange “Select” box.
Enter primary destination. You will be given some options. Select the + sign if you want any of them. Click “Next Step”
Enter your Traveler Information. Assuming the US is your Home Country and/or Citizenship, “United States” is the first drop down option under ‘Home Country’ and ‘Citizenship’. You will also need to enter a Beneficiary name for the Accidental Death insurance. If you don’t have one then enter “Estate”. Click “Next Step”.
Enter Home Mailing address info. Enter payment info. Click box at bottom of page. Click “Submit”
Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email from HCC which will include the policy information. I will also send you an email with additional instructions.
For Groups of 5+
Follow the below instructions to quote and/or purchase the HCC Atlas travel medical insurance plan for groups of 5+:

In order to get your quote you have a choice of 3 options. Choose your method and then click “Submit” when finished:
Enter travelers by age group: This is a good method if you just want a quick quote
Enter travelers by dates of birth: Most groups choose this method when they’re ready to purchase. You manually input each travelers first & last name, gender, birth date, citizenship and travel dates and click “Submit”
Upload a spreadsheet: This is a good method if you want to upload a spreadsheet. Please note that it must be include specific fields and in “csv” format. Click here to download a sample spreadsheet:
If you have US health insurance or Medicare then click “YES” in the “Do you have primary health insurance?” box
Enter home zip code, travel dates, and age (click “Add Traveler” to add a family member to the same policy), then click “Quote Now”
There are a choice of 4 medical limits and 4 deductibles. The default is $1,000,000 coverage with $0 deductible. If you want a different amount and/or deductible then move the sliders to the desired amounts. Click “Apply Now”.
You can either register on their website or ‘Continue As Guest’.
Complete the entire personal information page. Click the “I hereby acknowledge Key Plan Provisions…” button. Click “Continue to Payment”.
Enter your payment info and then you’re done.
You will immediately get a confirmation email from GeoBlue whereby and can register to access your ID card, policy documents, mobile app, etc. You can set this email aside.
We will also send you an email with your ID card, Confirmation of Coverage letter and additional instructions. Our email will contain the documents that you will want to print prior to departure.
